Spear Mount Overfill Sensor Assemblies

 

The SMS102 is a drop spear mounted overfill probe holder which is fixed to the top loading arm and is used while loading vehicles when overfill protection is required but not present on the vehicle.

The SMS102 can prevent product overflow in the event of incorrect pre-selected loading quantity.

If the overfill probe is triggered, it will send a signal to the rack monitor, which can be used to stop the loading process, preventing an overfill from occurring.
