SYDNEY, September 19, 2018 — OPW’s Liquip International business, a leader in supplying equipment

for the bulk liquid handling and storage industry, today announced the sale of Liquip International’s
Aviation Services business and its Sydney-based services business. With these new offerings, Liquip’s
Victorian distributor will open a new distributorship to service the Greater Sydney & NSW market – Liquip
NSW.

Headed up by long-time Liquip supporters Jeff Borg and Tracey Hourd, Liquip NSW will take over the
distribution functions for Greater Sydney & NSW market that are currently handled by Liquip
international. With this new launch, Liquip NSW will be able to provide customers the following services:

  • Terminal applications for loading arm skids and overfill
  • Road Tanker spare parts and accessories
  • Road Tanker service
  • Mini Tanker new builds and reconstruction
  • On Site services and calibrations
  • Self Bunded Tanks and Depot Loading Projects
  • Aviation (General Aviation) Services
