Available in 1 ½”, 2” & 3” Sizes.
Aluminium or Stainless Steel construction.
Operating pressures up to 210 psi (15 bar).
SST locking handle locks in position to prevent accidental opening or closing of valve.
Added Protection - Autolok™ locking arms provide added protection with an automatic locking mechanism signaled by a positive click. Release requires only an easy tug on the lock release.
Provides for total closed-loop loading capabilities - keeps hazardous liquids and vapors inline and out of the environment.
Provides automatic closure from both directions – the coupler and the adaptor – to prevent accidental spills.
Spill protection - Helps reduce the hazards involved in the connection/disconnection process of transferring hazardous materials.
Safe and easy maintenance - unique stuffing-box design makes disassembly/maintenance quick and easy.
Can be coupled in any orientation - 360°.
Automatically shuts off flow if accidental disconnect occurs.

Operation

Kamvalok® Dry Disconnects are easy to operate. Connections and disconnects are accomplished by simply closing and opening two cam arms which lock into the machined groove around the circumference of the mating adaptor. The adaptor contains a spring- loaded poppet assembly that is actuated by the handle-action on the coupler.

Note: always order the next size up for all plugs and caps. Example: a 1½" Kamvalok requires a 2" cap/plug.

For the KAMVALOK 3” coupler you will need 4” Camlock and 3” Pipe Thread.

For the KAMVALOK 2” coupler you will need 2 ½” Camlock and 2” Pipe Thread.

For the KAMVALOK 1 ½ ” coupler you will need 2” Camlock and 1 ½ ” Pipe Thread.
