Liquip offers a custom designed low profile loading arm for LPG (Liquified petroleum gas) product, LPG vapour and Anhydrous Ammonia.

Liquip's highly advanced 3” Liquified Gas loading arms are designed to provide efficient connection and optimised loading rates with an emphasis on operator safety and reducing environmental impact.

Liquip's LPG vapour arms have been designed for use with our 3" liquified gas arms and are typically designed in 2" diameter to balance product and vapour flow.

All pipework & flanges are ASTM Standard for high-pressure use.
Heavy Duty Stainless Steel Swivels.
Gaskets spiral wound metal.

Seals
Teflon™ seals supplied as standard.

Mounting
Inlet flange ASME class 300 raised face.
Optional free-standing mounting pillar available, rated to arm design.
Optional parking stand with proximity sensor available.

Typical weight
Approx 150kg (3" product arm).

Drive away protection
Double acting stainless steel emergency release dry-break coupling to protect against spillage during a accidental drive-away of tanker with arm still attached is recommended.

Designed for LPG from 0.5 to 0.6 s.g., 0.11cP viscosity, 120 m3/hr.
Design pressure: 2,400 kPa.
Test pressure: 3,600 kPa.
Design temperature: -42°C to +60°C .
